SERA Plus
Contacts/Numbers Since Beginning the Program in 2012:
In 2012, we had 6,284 appointments scheduled and we saw 4,211 of them. Of the 4,211, we rescheduled 1,676 of them to use a service. Since we only refer the estate plans to the Law Offices, I do not have any statistics on how many actually completed an estate plan, but 268 were referred. I do know that we had 174 members take advantage of the home and auto service and 149 members took advantage of the financial services.
In 2013, we had 6,972 appointments scheduled and we saw 3,930 of them. Of the 3,930, we rescheduled 1,424 of them to use a service. Since we only refer the estate plans to the Law Offices, I do not have any statistics on how many actually completed an estate plan, but 252 were referred. I do know that we had 258 members take advantage of the home and auto service and 203 members took advantage of the financial services.
In 2014, we had 3,407 appointments scheduled and we saw 1,893 of them. Of the 1,893, we rescheduled 631 of them to use a service. Since we only refer the estate plans to the Law Offices, I do not have any statistics on how many actually completed an estate plan, but 171 were referred. I do know that we had 126 members take advantage of the home and auto service and 105 members took advantage of the financial services.
In summary, the total appointments scheduled were 16,663 and FSA saw 10,034 of them. We signed up 4,221 of them into the SERA Plus program. We rescheduled 3,731 of the members to use a service. Of those that chose to use a service, 691 used the estate service, 558 used the home and auto service and 457 used the financial services.
We make between 75,000 and 100,000 calls per year, but the majority of those are answering machines where we leave messages or not answers. We have enrolled 4,221 new members broken down below:
